Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive Deputy Manager/Manager - Marketing to lead impactful strategies for business growth and market presence. This role involves collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Business Development to execute diverse marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Analyze market data to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.

2. New Product Development & Pricing Strategy

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop products tailored to market demands.
  • Assist in pricing strategies based on analysis and competitor insights.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for product launches.

3. Campaign Execution (Online & Offline)

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams and agencies for impactful brand awareness initiatives.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, blogs, and social media posts.

4. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility on social platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance.

5. Event Management

  • Organize trade shows, company events, and promotional activities.
  • Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site operations for events.
  • Provide marketing support to channel partners for their events.

6. Stakeholder & Channel Partner Support

  • Collaborate with channel partners to understand and meet their marketing needs.
  • Align initiatives with sales goals to drive growth.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field, with a BE degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and SEO tools.
  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Automation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs.
